SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do.

Do you accept returns?
I accept returns for 14 days after you've first recieved your order. I will completely refund your order if it's sent back to me in that time and in the same condition as it was when you recieved it. For returns and or other problems with your order such as the order arriving damaged contact me before doing anything else and I'll see what I can do.

How long for an order to ship after placing it?
It takes me normally 1-3 business days to ship an order. Exceptions can be my print on demand Fine art prints, that can take up to a week to ship.
Other exceptions are commissions such as a custom pocket book which usually takes me up to two weeks to make.
Shipping times vary between countries. Domestic orders within Finland typically take four business days to arrive.
Orders within Europe typically take around one week.
Orders outside of Europe can take anything from a week to four weeks. I can't be accountable for any holdups or mistakes at the post office.

Tracked shipping
My default shipping options are without tracking to keep the prices as affordable as possible. However Tracked shipping is an option for most orders. If you'd prefer safer tracked shipping, contact me preferably before placing your order and I'll count the tracked shipping costs for you.

My order hasn't arrived and it's been weeks.
If it's been more than the estimated shipping time for your country and there's no sign of your order, contact me and I'll see what I can do.

Order Pickup
I live in Lappeenranta, Finland. It is possible for you to choose to come pick up your order to avoid shipping costs. In that case it is also possible for you to pay with a card in person when picking up your order. For this payment option you do however need to contact me before placing your order.

BOOKS

I use recycled and second-hand materials on all my pocket book's and journal's covers. Keep this in mind when ordering a custom book. Some colours might not always be available. You can always contact me for inquiries before or after placing your order. I'll do my best with what I have!

Please note that I'm not a professional bookbinder and my books might not last looking brand new forever. I do however make every single book as durable and high-quality as I possibly can.

How long do you take to make a custom book?
Prepare to wait up to two weeks after placing your order for me to have time to get your book ready for you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

My website currently accepts payments through Paypal and Stripe (online card payment).
If you want to pick up your order from Lappeenranta Finland, you can also pay with a card in person when picking up the order. For this option however you need to contact me before placing your order. I will put your order on hold until you come pick it up and pay.
